Supporting women in Port Denison, Dongara, Geraldton and across the Mid West
Whether you're looking to relieve pain, improve your health, build strength or simply feel more like yourself again, I'm here to help with personalised care tailored to your individual needs.
Available in-person or via Telehealth
One person, multiple ways to help
No two people are the same, which is why no two treatment plans should be either.

Whether you come for remedial massage, personal training, clinical nutrition, scar therapy or oncology-informed recovery support, every appointment is tailored to your individual needs, goals and stage of life.

Many women begin with massage to reduce pain and improve movement. As they start to feel better, we may introduce exercise to build strength and confidence and nutrition to support long-term health and wellbeing.

You don't have to do everything at once.

We'll simply start where you are and build from there, together.
I'm Michelle
and it's lovely to meet you!
I know that no two women, and no two bodies, are the same.

Women come to see me because they're living with pain, others want to regain strength after surgery, improve their health, or simply feel more comfortable in their own body again.

That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment.

I combine remedial massage, personalised movement and clinical nutrition to support your health in a way that makes sense for you.

Wherever you begin, the goal is the same: to help you move better, feel better and have the confidence to get back to doing the things you enjoy.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you book an appointment. We'll start with where you are today and together we'll decide what comes next.

How I Can Help
Massage: a good starting point
For many women, remedial massage is where we begin.
It can help reduce muscle tension, improve movement, support recovery and ease the protective patterns that pain and stress can create.

Movement: rebuilding strength and confidence
As pain settles and movement becomes easier, we can introduce personalised corrective exercise, strength training or mobility work.

Everything is adapted to your current ability, energy, joints, confidence and any medical guidance you have been given.

The goal is not a perfect exercise routine. It is helping you feel stronger, steadier and more capable in everyday life.

Nutrition: supporting your health from within
When the time is right, clinical nutrition can help support energy, blood sugar balance, metabolism, recovery and long-term wellbeing.

We look at what you are already doing, what your days actually look like and which small changes are realistic for you, without rigid rules or unnecessary overwhelm.
