Michelle Marshall
Metabolic Balance® Practitioner, Clinical Nutritionist & Remedial Massage Therapist
Welcome! My journey into clinical nutrition and remedial massage started with a simple curiosity: understanding how our bodies work and discovering how I could help others find relief from pain and discomfort.
Over the years, this curiosity grew into a deeply rooted passion and career focused on holistic wellness, where my work feels as rewarding as it is meaningful.
I believe in the body's incredible ability to heal with the right support.
Why I do what I do
I’ve always been someone who asks why.

- Why do we feel exhausted even when we’re “doing everything right”?
- Why does it seem like our body is working against us?
- Why do so many women—especially in their 40s and 50s—feel brushed off or dismissed when they ask for help?
That curiosity, mixed with a deep desire to truly support people, is what led me here.
I didn’t land in this work by accident. Over the years, I’ve seen how often women are handed cookie-cutter advice like “just eat less and move more” as if that’s ever the whole story. What we really need is someone who listens, explains what’s going on in plain English, and helps us feel like our health is finally back in our own hands.
That’s what I love most about this work. Whether I’m supporting someone through nutrition, hormones, gut health, or calming the nervous system with hands-on therapy, I’m here to help people feel heard, held, and empowered.
It’s not about perfection or quick fixes. It’s about real, sustainable shifts that meet you where you’re at—no judgement, just support.
Because when you start feeling better? It doesn’t stop with you. It ripples out into your family, your work, your confidence—your whole life.
The power of nutrition and massage together
When you combine personalised nutrition with targeted, hands-on therapy, something powerful happens........you stop just managing symptoms and start creating real, lasting change.

Through science-based nutrition and remedial massage, I help clients move toward better health in a way that’s practical, supportive, and grounded in what actually works. Whether you’re looking to reset your metabolism, improve digestion, boost energy, or release pain and tension, we take it one step at a time, without the overwhelm.

As a Nutritionist, I create personalised strategies to support your metabolism, hormones, gut health, and overall wellbeing — no fad diets, no extremes. Just real food, real support, and a plan that fits your life.

As a Remedial Massage Therapist, I use evidence-based techniques to ease muscular pain, improve movement, calm the nervous system, and support your body’s natural healing process.

Together, these two approaches work beautifully—inside and out. It’s about giving your body what it needs to feel good again… and stay that way.
My approach to wellness
My goal is simple: to offer both insight and real-world strategies that support lasting, sustainable health.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients navigating everything from chronic pain and injury recovery to metabolic imbalances, gut issues, low energy, and hormonal shifts. Each experience has deepened my commitment to care that’s not just compassionate, but effective.

I believe wellness starts with understanding your body and tuning into what it actually needs. No one-size-fits-all plans. No rigid rules. Just practical, personalised support that fits into your life. Not the other way around.

Through nutrition guidance, functional testing, and hands-on therapy, I help clients feel more connected to their bodies, more in control of their health, and more confident in the journey ahead.

Fun facts about me
Nature lover and explorer
I’m happiest when I’m out in nature—hiking trails, exploring beaches, soaking up the sun, or camping under the stars. I spent three incredible years travelling around Australia, discovering this country’s breathtaking beauty through sunset fires, and rugged 4WD adventures. I’m fortunate to share these experiences with an amazing man by my side.

Perpetual bookworm and an eternal student
I love to read—any author, any genre—and I usually have more than one book going at a time. With 43 books waiting on my Kindle and over 300 on my Amazon Wish List, there's always something new to dive into. I’m also addicted to learning, and my partner calls me the eternal student—he might be right!

My favourite quote
"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live." – Jim Rohn. For me, this says it all: health is at the heart of everything.

Experimental home chef
I love experimenting in the kitchen without a recipe—I always wing it! There’s something incredibly satisfying about creating delicious and nourishing meals, even if they don’t always go to plan. The only downside? I can never seem to recreate some of my spontaneous masterpieces!

Hug enthusiast
I’m a kinesthetic person who loves a good hug. If we meet in person, you can expect a warm welcome (if you’re open to it, of course).

A unique path
Before my career in health and wellness, I worked as a consulting Veterinary Nurse and Practice Manager.

Excited new home builder
We’ve officially started building our dream home, and I’m loving every step of the process—from planning the layout to choosing all the little details that make a house a home. If you’re also building (or just love chatting about design, layouts, and the excitement of bringing a vision to life), I’m all ears!
